Can we cancel the refund if it was processed by mistake?

Unfortunately, once a refund is initiated, it can’t be canceled. 😕 You’ll need to wait for it to settle, and then you can send a new funding request for the customer to approve. Just make sure to let the customer know ahead of time so they’re not surprised! 😊
