Hi there! Ready to invite a customer to start a new loan application? Here’s how you can do it:
1️⃣ Click the New Loan Application button at the top right of the Activity Center.
2️⃣ Enter your customer’s email address to send the application by email, or their mobile phone number to send it by text.
3️⃣ Once your customer clicks the Loan Application link (from email or text), they’ll land on a friendly welcome screen to kick off the application process! 🎉
💡 Tip: You can easily keep track of your customer’s progress by checking the different statuses shown in the Consumer Activity section of the Activity Center.
