How do I send a payment request?

Great question!  


Clicking on a customer’s name in Consumer Activity will populate their Customer Summary where you can send payment (charge) requests. In the Customer Summary,  you can view the customer’s Available Spend (their remaining available credit) and Purchase Window End Date (the last day they can transact). 


To send a payment (charge) request, enter a dollar amount, select a transaction description, and click “Send”.

Your customer will receive a text message and email prompting them to view the charge request in their Payment Portal where they can approve the charge.  Please ensure your customers are aware of charge requests you send and what they are for.


The customer has 48 hours to approve the charge request in their Payment Portal. They have up to 5 Months to spend against their loan with your business.
