What are the different user roles in the portal?

The Merchant Portal has three user roles, and each one comes with its own set of permissions. Here’s a quick overview:

🛠 Admins can do it all:
Add users & edit roles
✅ Send loan invitations
✅ Send charge requests for all approved customers
✅ Process refunds
✅ Edit bank account info
✅ Make changes to the rate sheet

📋 Managers have a lot of access too:
✅ Add representatives
✅ Send loan invitations
✅ Send charge requests for all approved customers

🙋‍♀️ Representatives have more focused access:
✅ Send loan invitations
✅ Send charge requests for their approved customers
