What does "No Offers" mean?

You’re seeing this status because the customer’s application didn’t qualify for any of the loan products currently selected in your Rate Sheet. Admins can choose which products are shown to customers, but keep in mind—not all applicants qualify for every product.

We recommend checking in with your portal Admin to review the product setup. For the best chance of approval, we suggest having FR-RBP-10 or FR-RBP-12 and at least one Paradigm BFS+ product active in your Rate Sheet—they tend to reach the widest range of customers!
