Why did my customer get declined?
I totally understand that it’s tough when a customer is declined for financing. Unfortunately, we can’t share the exact reason for the denial with merchants, but the customer will receive an Adverse Action Notice that explains why they were declined.
Also, just a heads-up — not all customers will qualify for every product. It might be a good idea to check in with your Regional Sales Manager or Merchant Success Representative to make sure your rate card is set up to cover all eligible customers. 😊
