Why did my customer receive a notification that a payment was due, but no funds have been requested yet?

They’ll get an email with key details like:

  • How to pay merchants through their account
  • The last day they can use their account to make final payments to merchants
  • When their first payment is due

If they haven’t used their account yet, a payment won’t be due—but don’t worry, they can always find the latest info in their Customer Portal.

There, they’ll see:

  • Whether a payment is due and how much it is
  • How to link their bank account for repayments
  • And other helpful tips to manage their loan
