Declined Customer Script: 

"There are many things that we consider during a consumer's application process, including credit, income, fraud red flags or history, and other proprietary underwriting criteria. An applicant that does not meet our underwriting criteria may be declined for one or more of those reasons. You will receive an adverse action letter by email detailing the reasons for the denial and keep in mind this is a soft pull."

 

The customer would have to wait 30 days to attempt  to reapply unless there was a technical issue during the application process. For any issues or assistance DURING the application process, please contact the merchant success team.
