Pre-approved but not seeing offers

Customers may call in (or merchants on their behalf) for customers who are preapproved / pre-approved but who are not seeing offers. Here's what you do.

If you get calls from a merchant or customer stating they were pre-approved but are not seeing any offers, please:

1.) Check the merchant's rate sheet and offer codes and

2.) ask the merchant if they attached an offer code to the link.

Example: We have seen a few instances where a specific offer that ONLY includes HY loan products was attached to the application link and it results in not showing any offers if the customer is near-prime, prime, or super-prime.

To resolve: We need to ask the merchant to send a link without an offer code attached or an offer code that has other loan products besides HY loans.
