Transaction Authorization Process with pictures
1. The merchant logs into their merchant portal via (https://merchant.heyartis.com/merchant/login) and selects the customer from a list of recent application or they can search via the acct #**This sends a text message to the customer to authorize the requested transaction**
What the Customer sees:
1. The charge authorization request comes to the customer in the form of a text message.2. The customer then enters the provided security code to authorize the transaction.
- If the code is entered incorrectly the customer will get a message stating, “Invalid Code” (The merchant will also get no confirmation the charge was authorized)
- If no code is entered nothing will happen and the merchant will still get no confirmation for the authorized charge
- If the code is entered correctly the customer will get a text message stating “Payment request for $XXXXX.XX to (merchant name) has been approved.
