Can I cancel an application I sent to my customer?
Hey there! Once a consumer application is sent, it can't be manually deleted or rescinded on your end—only your customer has the ability to cancel out of it.

- 30-day window: The application link stays live for 30 days, allowing the customer to re-enter or cancel it directly through that original link.
- Automatic voiding: If a new application is started using the same email address, it will automatically void any other incomplete applications attached to that email!
