How can my customer get back into their application after they closed it?

Your customer will get an email from us with a link to pick up right where they left off in their application. To continue, they’ll just need to enter a quick one-time passcode to confirm it’s really them. 🔐

If they haven’t completed the application, we’ll send a friendly reminder email to help nudge them along. Just a heads-up — the application will expire after 7 days if it’s not completed.
