How do I send an offer code?

It’s super simple! 🙌 Here’s how to send a new loan invitation with an offer code:

1. Go to the Activity Center tab and click on New Loan Invitation.
2. Enter the customer’s email address or phone number — this will unlock the Select Offer Code option.
3. Choose the Offer Code you’d like to use and hit Send.
   
   

Just a heads-up: not all customers qualify for every product. If your customer isn’t eligible for the offers in that code, no worries — the system will automatically show them other available options from your rate sheet.
