My customer isn't responding to my charge requests.

We totally understand how that can be frustrating! While our loans are only for use at your business, they’re treated like cash loans to the customers, so they need to approve the charges themselves. Unfortunately, we can’t influence or force them to approve the transaction.

You'll need to work directly with the customer to ensure they fulfill their payment obligation based on the agreement with your business.
