Processing a Final Charge

Awesome job getting to the final steps of your project! You’re now ready to complete the final charge with your customer.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Log in to your merchant portal.

  2. Click on the Consumer Activity tab.

  3. Find and select the customer you want to transact with.

  4. You’ll see their available spend and purchase window date.

  5. Enter the amount for the final charge.

  6. In the charge description, type: “final charge.”

Once submitted, the customer will get a text and email prompting them to log in and approve the transaction.

🕒 Important: The customer has 48 hours to approve it.
