What does "charges limited" mean on a customer's account?

If you see “charges limited” on a customer’s account, it means you won’t be able to send any new funding requests to them at the moment. This can happen for a few different reasons.

If this is a brand new account, first check with the customer to make sure they set up their payment portal that was part of the application process. 

The best next step is to kindly ask them to reach out to us directly — we’ll be happy to walk them through what’s going on and how to move forward. 😊

Good news, though: you can still process a refund for the customer, even with this status.
