When does my customer's purchase window close?

I’d be happy to help! 😊 In your merchant portal, go to the Activity tab, then click on Opportunities in the Consumer Activity section. From there, you can search for the customer by their name or ID number. The Purchase Window End Date will be shown on the right-hand side of the screen. All loans have a 5-month purchase window.
